Application Development Support Options
BlackBerry Technical Support Services Subscribers
Organizations that subscribe to BlackBerry® Technical Support Services Level 3 to Level 5 are entitled to receive application development support directly from Research In Motion as part of their subscription. The following is a breakdown of how many application development support incidents are provided at each level of support subscription:

BlackBerry Technical Support Services subscribers are entitled to use some, or all, of these development support incidents towards the resolution of Plazmic Content Developer's Kit related issues.
Subscribers at all levels of BlackBerry Technical Support Services are also eligible to purchase Application Development Support Packs of 10 incidents at a cost of $1,000 USD. This allows Application Developers at Level 1 or Level 2 support to gain access to RIM’s Application Development team, and provides Level 3 to Level 5 customers with flexibility to purchase additional incidents as required.
